Following the new CDC guidelines, COVID office safety restrictions have been updated:
Please wear a mask (KN95 or N95 preferred) if you are not fully vaccinated. A mask is no longer required if you are fully vaccinated.
If you have been exposed to anyone with COVID in the past week, please wait to schedule.
